Message: This is my wells Fargo branch that I visit the most. They tend to get very busy and I am not sure how they handle the volume here. I've witnessd so many customers argue over most ridiculous things and almost seems like they are taking advantage of employees willingness to help. Thankfully I am not in banking. Good god. I like the branch manager and some bankers who's been here last ten years and can certain appreciate them recognizing me when I do come in. I hope some of the crazy customers are not driving them away because they get the work done when I have issues and I kind of like the fact that I can go in and ask for help. Needless to say I love banking with Wells Fargo.

Message: This isn't the closest location from my house but I go out of my way to visit this branch because everyone is friendly. Danielle the Branch Manager is amazing. My parents aren't fluent in English but she does her best to help them out every time and they leave the bank happy & grateful for her service. They often don't get enough help due to language barrier at different places but not here. I hope she stays there forever!
