Naldys Velasco, the Branch Manager and Assistant VP, has been beyond stellar with her consistent customer service and friendly, welcoming attitude; she has been a steady pillar as a representative of this bank for at least the 10 years that I have been banking there, her professionalism and great customer service are the best in the area.

Message: I love every single staff member at the Regal Plaza Branch! I reside in Reston, but ride to this branch all the time. Very welcoming, there are folks that come in just to say hello or always there and speak like “friends” Best Bank I have ever had. They send courtesy calls directly & they listen to you! “Hey Josiah” and a huge shout out to the Branch Manager! Wonderful and down to earth. Again “they listen” most banks will not!
