Message: You know, I've been here multiple times before and I have to say their customer service is top-notch. I had my debit card hacked last year and they were so quick to set up provisional credit and get everything straightened out for me - no hassle and stress on my end. We need more branches like this in the Richmond area. 10/10 would recommend.
