Message: I have been a Wells Fargo customer for decades. I went in Saturday morning at 10:30 to open accounts for my teenage sons. Even though the bank was going to be open for another hour and a half, they refused to help. Richard, the manager, said there was one banker and since there was one person ahead of us, they would not help us since he said it would take a hour to open the accounts. I asked if he would help and he said that wasn't his job. We drove down the street and stopped at Truist. Jen Dodson, met us with a smile. Said she was happy to help and had both accounts set up in 25 minutes. She was great. What a difference! Highly recommend! Thanks Jen! You were awesome!

Message: I have never had any problems with this location. The tellers are always very helpful. Also, they no longer have an envelope deposit system with the ATM! Also normally it takes a few days for ATM deposits to be deposited. That how most banks work.
