Message: What comes to mind with Benchmark Community Bank is staff accessibility, and I was very impressed with my visit to this branch this morning. Thankfully, I was able to speak with VP/ Market Leader Cheryl Gee and Mortgage Loan Officer Christine Amos. I am grateful for them spending about 25 minutes of their time with me to give an overview of what their lending process involves. Both of these loan officials were exceptionally helpful! For example, I learned that both in house and secondary market mortgage lending are available at Benchmark. For customer convenience, an online loan application process also is available. As an associate broker with Piedmont Real Estate at 102 High Street in Farmville, I am reaching out to local banks about Farmville real estate lending to find out more about their different loan programs for purchasing new construction and resale properties. Visiting Benchmark Community Bank this morning was very worthwhile for me, and I look forward to working with this bank in the very near future!
