Message: Some of the people at both locations in Danville are good people. I haven’t had no problems out of any of them. Mostly, URW gives me whatever it is that I ask for. Thank you for my 2022 Hyundai Kona AWD.

Message: The people that work there are pleasant. My main issue with URW is that they don't have a customer service dept! You can hardly ever get anyone on the phone and when you, you're transferred and then left on hold. The tellers really should not be expected to answer the phones. URW, get a customer service department! Get a 800 number that customers can call anytime to get their balance, or ask questions. I am not suggesting that you get people to be there 24/7 to answer calls but you do need a separate dept for this. All of your customers do not have the luxury to just drive to a branch for a simple question, or for an address change, because apparently sending a request in writing 3 times isn't sufficient enough for you! As soon as our loan is paid off, we are done!
