Message: I have had this bank for almost 10 years and have never had a single issue whether with my accounts or persons! I highly recommend them! I have been approved very quickly for a personal loan and had wonderful agents such as Michael and Pat that communicated with me through every step of the process. Professional and personable which is rare to find! Thank yall so much.

Message: The only reason why I gave two stars is due to certain reasons I won’t say else it would be a one. I requested a dispute about a month ago no word. Then I was blocked from transferring to one of my accounts because I put in the incorrect account number. I was talking on message to the vp and she just stopped responding. I called to talk about the issue long holds and when I did a call back it called back and someone hung up and never followed up.. Giving extra star issues have been resolved but we will see moving forward.
