Message: I purchased my very first car ever from here and it was a wonderful experience. So after many years, I called and I had the pleasure of speaking with (Ms. ) Joyce in Mid-May of 2022 and during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic. I told Joyce that I am and have been experiencing some financial challenges, but I badly need a new or gently used Used Vehicle. Joyce was very encouraging as she described the Whole Picture so to speak type of Loan Processes that DOJ uses to determine Loan Approvals. Thier process is comprehensive/360 and goes way beyond, for example, a Fico score. I'm not going to apply for a car loan. And thanks to Joyce, I'm no longer scared to at least try to apply to get a new or used vehicle asap. ⚖️
