Message: I cannot say enough nice things about the thorough, extraordinary customer service I received at this branch, particularly from Mr. Mebratu Abatye. I had an unusual transaction that needed to be researched over two days. Mr. Abatye's calm, professional demeanor was exactly what was called for -- he knew the correct departments to reach out to, set appropriate expectations on how long it was going to take, was proactive in communicating the progress for me, and went well above and beyond what I could have expected or hoped for. I have been banking with Bank of America for over 30 years and I've had a wide variety of experiences, but this was by far and away the best. I felt extremely well cared for, and would 100% return to this branch for additional business, however simple or complex. Thanks, Mr. Abatye!
